Small business owners continue to oppose legislation that they say will ruin them.

Armenia still has a lot to do to improve its tax legislation for entrepreneurs, head of World Bank Yerevan Office, Jean-Michel Happi, said today at a public presentation of the results of the Taxpayers’ Perception Survey 2013 that was conducted by the Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC) Armenia between September and December 2013.

The volume of foreign investment in Armenia made up $293.1 million in the first half of 2013, which is a 34.7 percent decrease compared to the same period of last year, quoted the Armenian statistics body as saying.

Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan received on Wednesday the Latvian State Revenue Service (SRS) Director General Nellija Jezdakova.
